Where do you live: Manly, Sydney

Why is nutrition important to you: Because food is prana and prana is life! Namaste.

Favourite breakfast: bIRCHER chia MUESLI soaked in coconut milk with almonds, sunflower seeds, stewed rhubarb, apple and cinnamon

Favourite lunch: marinated tofu Vietnamese salad

Favourite Dinner: vegetable red curry with cauliflower rice

Favourite snack: sesame seed and tahini slice

Best food before a yoga: no eating an hour before yoga, but if you do need eat something a glass of almond milk

Best food after yoga:  wait 30 minutes to eat after yoga and always eat light, I like a vegetable stirfry in the evening or a small bowl of warming porridge with honey after a morning class

Your favourite treat food: cacao and vanilla sweet potato brownie

Where was your last trip: india/sri lanka

What was the food like: amaaaaaaaazing! Im absolutely in love with spices and all of their food is made with such love!

What country that you have travelled to has the best food:  sri lanka.

Favourite herbal tea: dandelion

Food you hate: artificial anything!
