Why is nutrition important to you: You are what you eat, live foods and balanced diet makes for a longer happier life. When I eat really well I feel better mentally and physically.
Favourite breakfast: Organic eggs scrambled with vegies, fresh herbs, kale and chard, w garlic, onion, Hawaiian pink salt (alaea) and coconut oil. Avocado sliced over the top, home made organic salsa and fresh corn tortilla. Cup of hot Mate’
Favourite lunch: Lentils with sweet potato, carrots, onion, and tumeric. Squeeze of lime and fresh dark green and herbs on top. Brown rice and cucumber, tomatoe, purple onion salad w olive oil, lemon, Hawaiian salt and ground pepper.
Favourite Dinner: Fresh atlantic wild Salmon sauted w herbs, onions, and capers. Roasted beets, sweet potatoe, onion, and garlic w fresh herbs. Chopped and massaged Kale Salad, grated carrots, garlic w lemon olive oil, and Hawaiian Alaea Salt, and cayenne pepper.
Favourite snack: acai’ bowl, or fresh pinnaple, ginger smoothie
Best food before a surf: acai’ bowl, or oatmeal w honey, banana, cinnamon and blueberry’s
Best food after: avocado veggie burrito with hummus and Hibiscus tea
Your favourite treat food: Poke, seaweed salad, and poi
Where was your last trip: Nicaragua, Colorado’s
