Why is nutrition important to you: I am a professional Surfer, I need great nutrition to keep myself fuelled all year round for optimal performance.

Favourite breakfast: Yoghurt, nuts, banana, mango, chia seeds honey

Favourite lunch: Chicken and all salads

Favourite Dinner: Sushi and sashimi

Favourite snack:  Bounce Balls

Best food before a surf: Light snack eg cheese or Bounce ball

Best food after: Banana date smoothies

Your favourite treat food: Dark chocolate

Where was your last trip: The Soloman Islands

What was the food like: Fish and fish and coconuts. It was hard to find food I normally eat but you have to make the best of the situation and not eat too much junk!

What country that you have travelled to has the best food: France

Favourite herbal tea: Camomile or rooibos

Food you hate: cucumber and too much zuccini

What the Nutritionist says: Well done Bec, a beautiful clean diet. Even her treat is rich in important antioxidants to help with free radical damage from exercise, sun and life in general! She may need to increase her complex carbohydrate content to make sure she is fuelling herself enough to not have energy dips.
